A slow fermented sourdough enriched with a blend of grains and seeds, prepared using a natural levain to develop depth of flavour and improved keeping quality. The dough undergoes a long, controlled fermentation before being shaped by hand and baked to a hearty crust. Balanced, nutty and designed to keep well over several days. Naturally varied in shape and finish, as each loaf is made individually.
